10th year of Festival 3+1 was held under the auspices of Mgr. Michal Hašek, Governor of the South Moravian Region, Mgr. Klára Laurenčíková, the deputy ministress of Education, Youth and Sports and Ing. Roman Vašina, the city mayor of Brno – Židenice.
